Dubbed by one industry peer as ‘the most proactive buyer in Hampshire’, Tom Hudson has just had one of his busiest years yet.
In particular, he has received more enquiries on properties inthe £3 million region — a
new area for Middleton, as the firm has traditionally sourced larger and more expensive country homes.
‘Clients often want to invest in flats in London or houses of lesser value in the country,’ he says. ‘We’re doing more and more of that now. There’s a bit more supply, it’s a good marketplace.’
With the firm’s client base expanding, discretion is key for a serious buying agent like Hudson, who is careful to make sure that his services without doubt add value to purchasers.
