Fortwell Capital (formerly Omni Capital) is a ‘new-generational’ lender providing HNWs with short and medium-term financing solutions to the high-end London residential and commercial real estate market.
The financial services brand of CPC, the Candy brothers’ glitzy property development arm, has lent over £700 million in total, offering funding solutions from £3 million to £250 million.
Many of Fortwell’s solutions are first or second charge lending, with ‘among the best available’ loan-to-value ratios in place. It looks ‘to do things that other lenders try not to do’, loaning funds ranging between £100,000 and £100 million for twelve to eighteen month periods.
Colin Sanders, Omni Capital’s CEO, explains he wants clients to be able to ‘contact us easily, without fuss and to receive the answers they need’, admirable service aims.
