It’s been a very good year for Weatherbys Hamilton partner Alec Moore. The firm has made three new partner hires, and client trajectory looks promising, with ‘reassuring growth’ in the brand’s market share. Moore intends to drive up demand for the private client broker with an app that allows access to policy details online. His mainly HNW clientele (including horse racing trainers and large landowners) is increasingly going digital. ‘It’s important clients are able to transact business in a way that suits them,’ says Moore. What makes the brand indispensable is its deep understanding of clients’ varied lifestyles. ‘We try to make ourselves available whenever and wherever they want,’ says Moore.
