Elizabeth Marsh Floral Design’s philosophy is to ‘inspire people’ and ‘touch their souls’ with their creative designs. Marsh believes the presence of flowers can have a profound impact upon people, and she seeks to turn floral design ‘from an expense to a strategic investment’ in the eyes of the big corporations. After originally electing to study French at UCL, Marsh briefly considered a career in journalism: however, she was quick to nip that idea in the bud and found herself working in a small flower shop near Baker Street. She then joined floral ‘decorator’ Kenneth Turner and now, with 22 years’ experience under her belt, everything has come up smelling like roses: Marsh heads a team of six in New Covent Garden market.
