His dedication has brought worldwide success, with over 30 stores in Belgium, Paris, London and Japan, and numerous appearances in ultra luxe department stores such as Harrods. His achievements have not gone unnoticed in the world of haute chocolates: Marcolini has won a string of awards and accolades and was recently crowned ‘World Pastry Champion’.
