Eighty years after Peter Pan novelist JM Barrie wrote The Admirable Crichton — a play about a butler who uses his resourcefulness to supply his employers with their accustomed luxury after a shipwreck — The Admirable Crichton events company was born. Rolline Frewen and Johnny Roxburgh believed that Crichton epitomised their philosophy, and since 1981 they have been catering to all the events needs of HNWs. Their client list includes Cartier and Goldman Sachs, but neither of these is the company’s best known client: the company is also caterer to HRH the Prince of Wales. The personal touch is their speciality, and the firm stands by their conviction that ‘it’s the little things that matter’.
