A leading international event rider from Australia based in Dorset, Sam Griffiths’ latest success was at the Rio Olympics, where he was a member of the bronze-winning Australian team. He won Badminton in 2014, and represented his country at the London Olympics and the World Equestrian Games. Luckily for aspiring riders, he is also a devoted mentor and trainer. He supports riders throughout their careers and trains them on their own horses for individual or group lessons. Griffiths also runs a competition and training yard with his wife, Lucy, at their home in Gillingham, with the option of overnight accommodation for both riders and their horses for those who want to stay longer for a more intensive course.
