Air Partner is unusual among its private aviation peers. Firstly, it flies for six of the G8 governments: secondly, its shares have been fully listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1995. The company, which has a market capitalisation of around £50 million, is owned by a number of institutional investors as well as private client shareholders. Mark Briffa has direct experience of air charter broking and wide knowledge of the private aviation sector worldwide, built up over more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. He joined Air Partner as a commercial jets broker in 1996, before joining the board in 2006 as chief operating officer. He assumed his current position of CEO in April 2010. ‘Air Partner is an exciting and dynamic business, which continues to deliver,’ he says.
