The team at the Georgian manor house-based Life Works Community in Old Woking, Surrey, has more than a decade of specialised experience in behavioural health.
Its consultants and therapists treat all forms of addiction, such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety and compulsive disorders and even internet addiction. Its recovery programmes are all based on the 12-step philosophy, which views recovery as directly connected with an individual’s spirituality and need for change. Treatment methods include arts-based psychotherapy and psycho-educational workshops.
For the utmost privacy, clients can have sole occupancy of the cottage, a separate house within the grounds that has a secluded garden, for £10,000 per week.
