The first British rider to become world number one in eventing, William Fox-Pitt has become a household name, representing his country at every major equestrian championship over the past 16 years and winning Silver at the 2012 London Olympics.

He now runs the purpose-built training establishment Wood Lane Stables in Dorset. Completed in 2005, it sits in beautiful countryside on the site of a disused dairy. Its facilities include 24 loose boxes with rubber floors and walls, plus extensive tack room, feed house and drying rooms. He also runs a consultancy, providing a specialist and personalised design and build team for those wanting to create an equestrian establishment or yard of their very own.
